Post subject:  desktop moving feat. is not working after upd. to 2.1 on iOS
on iPAD of my Boss we had installed neorouter client free 1.9 ver.
ALL features - including moving the whole desktop in a full-screen mode WERE in a working state. But after a silent update to 2.1 Boss now can't move the desktop. It's a huge pain - on his 2-monitors system. He can't use all space of those devices.

PS.
in a scaled mode - when both monitors are trying to fit into iPAD's screen - we can see the whole picture - so neorouter can understand that we should have a deal with potentially huge space - from 2 monitors.

P.P.S if it is still not understandable about which mode/action we are talking here - look at the attached picture - see the button in the middle of this picture - button with the fist ;) - really - it looks like a fist indeed. on the left from the "full-screen" button.

QUESTIONS:
1. how (as a first-aid) we can quickly make a switch to version 1.9 on his iPAD?
2. Boss can play a role of beta-tester for a new version of the program - IF you think - that you should get some logs/dumps/detailed explanations... Can you send to us such program? Or a version of program where (potentially) this problem will be fixed. - so he can test it...

Thanks for your report. We are investigating the issue.

You can install the NeoRouter Remote Access for iOS (Pro edition) from App store. It should work with the latest NR Free server without problem.

ok - i can confirm that PRO version is working fine.
Boss can move the desktop now.

but I think that FREE version also should work fine ;)

so - we will wait a fixed free version also!
