Followed instructions as best I can, but now am stuck.

> telnet localhost:32976
Connecting to localhost:32976...Could not open connection to the host, on port 23: Connect failed

Tried from an admin prompt:
> netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name="open neorouter" dir=in action=allow protocol=TCP localport=32976
Ok.

No help. telnet continues to fail.

Services.msc indicates I have NeoRouter Connection Server and NeoRouter Client Service are running.
checkport.php says my port is open and NeoRouter server is active.

But I cannot connect.

What else can I try?
