HELP!!!!!!! I am updating this post.
I can connect and ping our server at work. I cannot connect to the shared folder on the network. I am working from home as I am sure so many people are at this time.... I really need this to work so I can be efficient.
I am currently using Pro (2.4.4.4500) client.
I recently installed the NR Client on my MacBook with Mojave. I am able to log into the NR Client and I can see "My Computers", but when I try to log into the server I get this error: There was a problem connecting to the server 10.0.0.2 Check the server name or IP address, and then try again. If you continue to have problems, contact your system administrator.
Our system admin only deals with Windows based machines and I am the only Mac on the network. I use my iPhone as my wifi hotspot and I have been able to connect. The first time I tried it, I assumed all was well, but the 2nd time I tried to connect I received the above error and I have been getting it ever since.
