What domain name or ip in neorouter remote access client ?

If you use NR Pro/Free, you may want to setup your own NR server and create a NR domain for it. Once you associated the NR domain with your NR server while installing the NR server, you can use the NR domain name to sign in to your NR server from remote access client or any other NR client software.

If you use NR Mesh, you may want to register a NR hosted domain and sign in to the domain name you created.
